PREDICTIONS FOR THE 21ST
CENTURY AMERICA
A group of Americans will rise up to form a
new independent party called (for all intensive purposes here) The
American Peoples Party. This party will not accept bribes or payoffs from
Lobbyists or private interest groups. A leader will come forth in the
early part of the 21st Century to lead this party to throw out the trash
that occupies local Government and corruption in Washington DC currently.
The American Peoples Party
will decide what laws shall be changed both in State and Federal
Government including local municipalities. The Congress and Senate
composed of the remnants of Democrats and Republicans and the new 3rd
party will amend Constitutional laws that no longer reflect the times and
the Government of 1776.
THE CURRENT ADMINISTRATION
The current administration will continue to
fight to keep the military in Iraq and elsewhere. The new Congress and
Senate who appealed to the voters in America that “change is needed” will
slowly withdraw from that position as the Special Interest Groups convince
them (with donations of course) how important it is to continue business
as usual including high oil prices, the military machine which includes
wealthy manufacturing companies turning out the billions in war materials
of every kind and on infinitum. The spiraling loss of life including our
young men and women dieing every day will be part of business as usual.

POLITICAL CORRUPTION
In broad terms, political corruption is the
misuse by government officials of their governmental powers for
illegitimate, usually secret, private enrichment. Misuse of government
power for other purposes, like repression of political opponents and
general police brutality, is not considered political corruption.
All forms of government are susceptible to political corruption. Forms of
corruption vary, but include bribery, extortion, cronyism, nepotism,
patronage, graft, and embezzlement.
While corruption may facilitate criminal enterprise such as drug
trafficking, money laundering, and trafficking, it is not restricted to
these organized crime activities. In some nations corruption is so common
that it is expected when ordinary businesses or citizens interact with
government officials. The end-point of political corruption is a
kleptocracy, literally "rule by thieves". What constitutes illegal
corruption differs depending on the country or jurisdiction. Certain
political funding practices that are legal in one place may be illegal in
another. In some countries, government officials have broad or not well
defined powers, and the line between what is legal and illegal can be

THE SUPREME COURT
A national referendum will
lead to changes in the Supreme Court.

Constitution of the United States does not say
“We the people and the Supreme Court. Through the 19th
Century the population of America was a fraction of what it is today. The
21st Century Supreme Court is a dinosaur and can never over
rule the will of the people.
It is time now to form a more perfect Union by limiting the Supreme Court
to never overrule the will of the People.

THE PRISON SYSTEM
The prison system will be totally
overhauled both Federal and State. These new facilities will be working
industrial facilities or farms. People convicted of a crime will be
rehabilitated whether they wish to or not. Ankle devices will be used on
all prisoners to monitor there every move. In the decades to come these
devices will be replaced with a computer chip surgically implanted and
capable of disabling any prisoner who attempts escape or worse. This will

THE MILITARY
In the early part of this Century all
American troops will be withdrawn from foreign soil. American voters will
force the new congress to recognize we are not a police power of the
World. We are not threatened by anyone as the North Korean so called
nuclear test shows. As we are the most powerful nuclear power any serious
threat can and will be dealt with accordingly.

THE AMERICAN BORDERS
An
invisible fence which will contour both the Mexican & Canadian borders
will in reality be a series of laser beams that will prevent anyone from
entering our borders. In reality two beams will be used one a deterrent
which will cause great pain to penetrate and the second beam will
terminate anyone from going through and surviving. Please note the
wildlife would instinctively only be temporarily stunned and in time would
not even approach these areas.

DEPENDENCY ON FOREIGN OIL
In the early 21st Century Saudi Arabia and
the oil emirates will plead poverty when an American inventor solves the
problem of an alternate power source by replacing the alkaline battery
with one much more powerful and the size of a micro chip. Another American
will respond to the Saudi crisis by suggesting the Saudis reformulate oil

DRUG DEALERS IN AMERICA
In the early 21st Century the new Congress
and Senate composed of a third party wanting dramatic changes with the
backing of the American Populate will dramatically change the Federal and
State laws governing criminals who deal in drugs. Chronic users who are
found guilty of simple possession will be rehabilitated by working in one
of the newly formed Industrial prisons where they can not just be cured
from their addiction but learn a trade. Those dealing in what is
considered hard drugs including crystal Meth, heroin, cocaine and other
powerful drugs will be sentenced to the same but a repeat offense will
lead to a much longer sentence and a third offense will lead to a death
sentence* if it can be proven someone who was sold drugs died. In the
latter a third strike will result in the person being sentenced to life in
a prison work farm with no chance of parole.
*My visions seem to indicate a split
feeling in the United States regarding the death penalty and though I see
executions for capital offense in the future I believe it will be placed
on the National ballot replacing States law at some point in time.

CHILD MOLESTERS - GANG BANGERS
With the new changes in both Federal & State
criminal justice systems child molestation will not be tolerated. First
time offenders will automatically receive a lengthy sentence in a work
facility prison depending on the specific offense and a repeat offense
will result in a life sentence in a work camp with no possible release
unless castrated.
Gangs will become a thing of the past. With
laws passed to eliminate handguns gangs will fabricate their own weapons
or obtain them illegally. Severe sentences on a prison work farm will be
handed down to those caught with these weapons. The use of other weapons
including any instrument that causes death or injury; baseball bats,
knives, etc will result in the same severe penalty- lengthy work farm
sentences. Those convicted of murder will be executed once sentence is
passed within 90 days*

ISRAEL-MIDDLE EAST CONFLICT
I
visualize the Israeli Air Force either by using Americas Stealth Bomber or
one of their own revolutionary aircraft of similar design, attacking the
Iranian nuclear facilities with low-grade nuclear bombs thereby
permanently disabling all their facilities.

ISRAEL & PALESTINE
Hamas will continue its aggression with
Israel until the Israeli border is sealed with a laser shield*. They will
turn their anger to Fatah until both nearly annihilate each other. As
decades pass with constant pain and suffering the families will examine
their traditional use of suicide bombers and the consequences of such. A
religious leader will immerge and teach them this is not the will of Ala
and peace will come to both Palestine and it’s neighbors. At this point
with those left understanding they are nearly extinct there will be a
substantial peace between what’s left of Palestine and their neighbor.
* The sophisticated laser shields of the future will be capable of
detonating solid, liquid and plastic explosives. The security check points
that will allow the flow of persons into Israel from Palestine will have a
large vacant land area where anyone wearing an explosive device will be
detonated prior to their coming into the actual checkpoint station.

BIN LADEN
Osama Bin Laden will
achieve martyrdom in the early part of this Century and Muslims Worldwide
will remember him as the man who was responsible for the uprising that led
to America pulling out of the Middle East. Non-Muslims will remember him
as a fanatic who destroyed the Twin Towers and led his Taliban against
America and it’s supporters to eventually reoccupy Afghanistan and
influence the Americans and their allies to abandon the crisis in the
Middle East.

RADICAL ISLAMISTS
Aside from this movement in Europe, The Middle East and the
rest of the World a strong following will develop in America with a wave
of suicide bombers targeting popular sites like Disney World, Universal
Studios, our shopping malls and transportation system. I visualize this
may be the ticking time bomb that will spark America to radical changes.
When we realize our very existence is at stake along with our freedoms we
have in this country the radicals will be hunted down not as humans but
for what they are. Normal rights that Americans have will not be given to
these people just a quick death. It will be either us or them and nothing
in-between.
