THE AMERICAN LASER SHIELD
In the early part of this Century America
will develop a laser shield capable of destroying any missile sent against
us from any part of the World and do so a thousand miles from our borders.
Retaliation will be devastating to any who try. In the middle of this
Century there will be no nuclear arsenal anywhere.
MAJOR WARS OF THE UNITED STATES
The United States has
entered into three major wars, (there have been others) of serious
consequence and one civil war all led by brave men and women and all with
the spirit that as a result freedom for our country and in Europe was to
be achieved. These are the great war of Revolution in 1776 the Civil War
of 1861, the First World War in 1914 and World War two in 1941. All were
fought with high integrity and resulted in what the World considered to be
freedom from oppression. Of course in the case of our Civil war the
integrity of the United States to remain intact and freedom for the black
man.
"Fourscore and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this
continent, a new nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the
proposition that all men are created equal"
Abraham Lincoln
The First and second World Wars were
supposed to liberate the World from German-Nazi aggression. It did and
then came Korea and Vietnam and a “new” philosophy, enemies who could not
be conquered without serious consequences including enormous loss of life.
America abandoned these so called wars of liberation and certainly with
good cause. It was in the Vietnamese War that we should have learned a
lesson a lesson that would cost us dearly in Iraq and continues to this
day to bring home the youth of America bound up in gray-green body bags
just as Saddam Hussein predicted. The Vietnamese fought a war not only as
modern day guerillas but with a fanatical fever not encountered in
previous wars. This fanatic zeal fueled by religious fanaticism would
carry into the War with Iraq and baffle Americas leaders.
THE WAR IN IRAQ
We are fighting a war that cannot be won...
The following is from an article written by
Stepen Zunes:
"The risk of Iraq breaking up into a Sunni Kurdish state, a Sunni Arab
state, and a Shiite Arab state is now very real. And, given the
intermixing of these populations in Baghdad, Mosul, Kirkuk, and scores of
other cities, the potential exists for the most violent breakup of a
country since the partition of India sixty years ago. Recent weeks have
shown ominous signs of what may be yet to come on a massive scale, as
scores of Shiite families were forced to flee what were once mixed
neighborhoods in and around Baghdad. Even barring a formal breakup of the
country, the prospects of a stable unified country look bleak. As the Los
Angeles Times reported on February 26, "The outlines of a future Iraq are
emerging: a nation where power is scattered among clerics turned warlords;
control over schools, hospitals, railroads, and roads is divided along
sectarian lines; graft and corruption subvert good governance; and foreign
powers exert influence only over a weak central government." The basic
mindset of Americans finds it nearly impossible to understand.
WITHDRAWAL FROM IRAQ
By 2010 or sooner with a civil War raging
in Iraq The United States will pull out all troops and declare a great
victory stating “Iraq must resolve their Civil War to gain Democracy,
America did its best.” The President and the Congress will be demonized in
the American History books for an agenda that led to near bankruptcy and
loss of American life as well as those who followed America into the Iraqi
snake pit. Saddam Hussein will in history be a remembered as a dictator
who tried calling Americas bluff but in the end just dug himself a hole to
hide in.
